Petros holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical & Marine Engineering – University of Liverpool John Moores, Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering – American University of Athens and Masters degree in Marine Engineering and Management. During his studies he worked as assistant service engineer in two Greek-based machinery workshops, carrying out maintenance and repair works on ocean-going vessels and pleasure yachts. He has seagoing experience as Cadet Engineer and has previously held positions of Assistant Technical Superintendent, Technical Superintendent & Deputy DPA. During his career he has attended at various dry-dock repairs and sea-trials.

Petros joined the firm in 2012 and has been mainly dealing with H&M damages, Warranty Surveys, Condition Surveys and P&I claims. He is a Certified Operator qualified for UT Testing of hatch covers and he has successfully completed Lloyd’s Register training course on ISM and DPA. He is an affiliate Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE), UK.
