Arsenis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Technology & Composite Materials Engineering – University of Plymouth and a Masters degree in Naval architecture – University of Southampton. He was working for 6 years as part of the New-Building Supervision Teams of different shipping companies during the construction of 20 Bulk carrier vessels and 21 Container Vessels built at various shipyards in China and South Korea. He has previously held positions such as Technical Superintendent & DPA. Attended numerous Dry-Docking repairs including steel renewals, propeller/propeller shaft removals. He was also working as a member of the Surveying staff of several marine consultancy firms for a period of 9 years.

Arsenis joined the firm in 2025 and has been involved in various condition / loss prevention surveys as well as damage surveys on several types of vessels on behalf of H&M underwriters, P&I clubs and other Maritime Institutes. He has experience in machinery damage cases and marine pollution cases, including wreck removals and oil spill contamination prevention. He is a Certified Operator qualified for UT Testing of hatch covers and he has successfully completed training courses on ISM/SMS and DPA.
